I typically offer photography services for weddings, engagements, portraits, product and macro clients. Being easy to work with, fun, and accommodating to your needs means the world to me! I consider myself a versatile photographer, so if you have a project in mind that is not listed here, shoot me a message or a call, I might just be up for it! The world of photography is extremely vast, and as I pride myself on being an up front and honest person, I will let you know if it is within my skillset or not.

You can expect to have a wonderful, relaxing, fun time with me as your photographer. I like to start off with a phone call if possible, where we can set an appointment to meet in person. Let’s get face to face and discuss everything and anything about the shoot, these moments are about you and your needs! I will show up on time, appropriately dressed, and professional. We will shoot at the location of your choice, making best use of the time possible. Got multiple wardrobe changes in mind? No problem.

Now for the fun part! Typical turnaround time for finished photos varies obviously from shoot to shoot, so you can expect 5-6 weeks for weddings, and 2-3 weeks for portrait, macro, and product sessions. In most cases, you will receive your photos sooner rather than later. I’ve even been known to have turnarounds in 48 hrs! The finished photos will be available via a link sent to your email to my online gallery. I will also provide a physical usb drive containing all photos at client request.

After we discuss and set the date for the photo session, I will ask for a retainer of 50% of the total cost of the session. For weddings specifically I ask for a retainer of 30%. These retainers become non-refundable after 72 hours. This ensures that you lock me in as your photographer for that specific time and date and no one else can get your slot. From then, upon payment in full of the remaining balance, the finished photos will be delivered! I accept personal checks and online bank transfers.

Unfortunately, these things happen. That’s just life. If I, the photographer, has to cancel our session on the predetermined date, we will reschedule for a date in the future. This is unlikely to occur unless something unimaginable happens. If you, the client, has to cancel the session or wedding date for ANY reason, I will keep the nonrefundable retainer and you owe me nothing more. I know it sounds a bit harsh, but I am taking my availability off my calendar for you, and missing out on other potential clients for that date and time if you cancel on me. Both our time is valuable!

The answer is yes, absolutely! Many times I will have my laptop with me and will back up photo sessions immediately to multiple ssd hard drives, ensuring your information is not at risk of being lost. I will hold on to all photos, raw and processed, for up to 2 years. I will contact you and ask you to ensure that the photos are backed up on your end before deleting anything.

There are a few intricacies here. As the photographer I will retain ownership to the copyright of the photos. The client will be able to print, display, and share their photos with friends and family, however there are only 2 things you must not do. You must not sell them or edit them, this means no filters on social media either please. Professional digital photos require editing as part of the process, therefore the client will not receive unedited raw images. I do ask for photo credit by name for any business that uses my work for purposes related to marketing and the public. This helps me build my business and social proof for other potential clients. It means more than you know, thanks in advance.
